On July 15, 2012, there was an occultation between the Moon and Jupiter. The images taken then with video camer but also with the DSLR camera can be seen in the articles A closer look of Moon and Jupiter conjunction Picture gallery, Moon Jupiter occultation videos by telescope 15 July 2012 in Romania.
These images from the same event, arrived on the blog just now, these being some processings in Registax program.
Occultation took place from 4:20 am and lasted about an hour until Jupiter went out on the opposite side of the Moon. My telescope was mounted on the balcony, ready for me to wake up and catch the event.
