Mare Frigoris is a stretched long and narrow strip of the northern Moon, horizontally, separating north craters of Mare Imbrium. In this video, the telescope goes all over this "mare" which translated it is called the "Sea of Cold".
At the north of crater Plato (101 km), Mare Frigoris narrows the most from a "shore" to another being only 95 Km.
There are many craters on the surface of this basin, but we enumerate Harpalus (39 km) on west and Aristoteles (87 km), on east.
