Wichmann is a 11 km crater and Flamsteed has a diameter cataloged nearly double, to 21 km. The two craters are small compared to other craters that stretch hundreds of kilometers. The two impact craters are located on Oceanus Procellarum.
Flamsteed is on the south wall of a large crater almost completely submerged, cataloged Flamsteed P (107 km), which is not framed in these images.
East of Flamsteed is a bright crater bowl-shaped, Wichmann, located on the southeast wall of Wichmann R which is a flooded crater with a diameter of 52 km, whose northern edge comes in the form of glass.
