Schickard crater and Schiller The two craters are located on the west of the Moon visible from Earth.
Schickard is a big old crater with a diameter of 227 km. Schickard does not show peaks in the center, because probably has been flooded with lava that covered the central peaks . On the floor shows dark and bright spots. It is not very deep compared to other craters of this size, with only about 1,5 km. depth.
